Greenwich Properties provides affordable energy efficient homes and energy efficiency education for low to middle income working families in North Carolina. We work in partnership with faith based organizations, educational facilities and social agencies to rehabilitate underutilized homes with affordable energy efficient housing solutions.

Green TurnKey

Green TurnKey, LLC is a partner of Greenwich Development Group. They are a North Carolina based green project management firm located in Charlotte and initially serving the Carolinas. Their firm provides investigative, consulting, and design services for issues affecting building performance and the comfort, health and well-being of building occupants. Their services focus on matters concerning construction retrofits and upgrades, indoor air quality, solar power, water efficiency, and green building design. Their practice is wide-ranging, encompassing public and private sectors for commercial and residential properties.

The aim of their practice is to protect people and property with proven, practical solutions and the best available science for a more sustainable living experience through community involvement, development and healthy business practices (HBP’s).

They bring over 20 years of applied experience with issues related to building forensics, environmental science, construction defects, indoor environmental quality, water processes and treatment and public health. Their experts have served as principal investigators on hundreds of projects involving government and commercial buildings, industrial facilities, libraries, churches, schools, hotels, apartments, and single-family homes.
